You know what I miss the most about being away at school? I so miss conversations with people - and not just those "Hey how was your day" type convos, no, I miss the deep, intuitive conversations that used to leave me thinking about any given topic for the hours that followed.I realized that the most in depth conversation I have carried out has been about other people's lives and how they are screwing up...that is NOT my idea of in depth. Or the political conversation carried out while in the midst of drinking six or seven beers - I wasn't drunk but it didn't seem that the conversation being had was REALLY making any valid points. Ugh!
It just seems like being in a sickening routine cuts out all time for other things that might some how be pleasant. Damn! That's life...*sigh*
