A Life Less Ordinary

You know, it's hard being so witty; no, really it is! Once people started reading this diary it was like they expected me to be witty all the time, in the company of everyone, etc. I think the only reason I am witty on here is because writing is so much easier than speaking to people. Because really, people aren't listening to what you're saying, BUT if they have to read it, well, that's a little different.

And being articulate when it comes writing helps as well - so I suppose people don't just expect me to be witty in person, but exceptionally articulate as well. Interesting concept because I attend Indiana University and honestly, besides the professors I have met very few people who could claim to be either.

Today in class, we talked about majors and if all majors were really necessary to get the careers that we desire. I don't think it is necessary for me to have an English or Journalism major for the pure aspect that I want to write. That's bullshit in my opinion. Why do I need a degree to tell people I'm creative and imaginative enough to write my own stories? Just read my fucking diary! It's not hard. Seriously, I wish I could hand some of these transcripts from my diary out to a few of my English professors...they'd be real shocked I'm sure, since I rarely speak in class and often times, avoid making eye contact with them.

Well, wish I could write some more BUT I have a Psychology test that I need to study for and then fail so perhaps another time I can write where my writing will be more witty, comical and less filled with boring bullshit, such as this.
