Today I went to the Cinci Zoo - it was...interesting. However, I still feel compelled to state that I think it is very WRONG to cage animals purely for the pleasure of having a viewing spectacle open to the public. I felt so sorry for many of the animals in the zoo today. What must it be like to have people starring at you nonstop all fucking day? I'd probably get put to sleep (or whatever the term is) because I would probably kill a viewer - were I in the zoo as an animal that is.
Anyway, things have been alright at work. Except that a good friend of mine got fired today. I am so sad for him - he had been working for Walgreens for like two and a half years!!!! I am not going to go into the reasoning but I think it should be known that everyone makes mistakes. I'm sorry sweetie.
For the first time I realized I am missing school - I am missing some sort of structure that is not WORK related (by work I mean earning money). I am thinking about looking into Zoology to see what careers that field might have to offer a person of my intellect. Well, I am off to bed - after a bit of reading that is. Goodnight all!
