How beautiful is that quote? Indeed, it strikes me as something so true and yet still sought by so many people. People like you, people like myself. I am still searching for it. I believe wholeheartedly that quote to be true. Though that quote is as simple as day or night, it is probably hard to find for oneself than anything else of this world. I think that what Mr. Pater intends to convey with this quote is about life itself, not just what makes life successful or unsuccessful. The potential to be something great and to be always wanting of fullfilment is success.
I'll continue searching for this in my life, though I have not yet found it. I do believe it to be out there. I just have to find the right time and the right place to make this true for myself. I will, perhaps not today or even tomorrow but it is inevitable.
